Our Obama Sign Was Stolen

This original art was created by the very talented Anne, my son's wonderful girlfriend.
http://pinkdiamond2.blogspot.com/

She created it for him after he was recently admonished by a rabid McCain supporter to let Jesus into his heart and Jesus would tell him how to vote. Her equally crazed husband wearing bib overalls told us "I love America", "I love my guns", "I hate abortion" and "I hate everything Obama stands for", and that "You Californians should stay in California".

You can steal our signs
but not our votes!!!

I put an Obama sign on my front lawn this afternoon and it was stolen within a couple of hours.

This thievery confirms many polls pointing to McCain's embarrassing loss on Nov. 4th and how scared his supporters are.

Disappointingly, this person succumbed to the McCain campaign's incessant messages preaching fear, divisiveness, racism and intolerance. Whoever stole the sign practiced the McCain tactics and his message by exhibiting dishonorable conduct and in the process simply proved themselves to be an uninformed, common criminal.

Read more about the stealing of Obama signs in a great piece here http://open.salon.com/content.php?cid=29149

I also did an unscientific study by searching on the Flickr photo site using the words "Obama sign stolen" and "McCain sign stolen". 82 results showed Obama signs stolen...0 for McCain. Hmm?

At least they're free to get! Stockpile about 50 of them and then you'll have a sign to replace the stolen one, and the one after that, and the one after that...

btw, didn't you guys have a yard sign for a while? I remember seeing it back in Oct...

We had a sign but I got a second one in Vegas at my Dad's request. Today I gave him the new sign that wasn't stolen while ours was taken last night.

Do I just go to my local Obama office to get more?
